Building on the Bantu Blockchain

Learn how to build applications on Bantu.

Overview#

Building on the Bantu Blockchain is as easy as using one of our SDKs or directly consuming our APIs, this page will go into more detail on the different tiers and the resources applicable for each tier.

Tiers#

There are 3 tiers for Developers/Builders building or planning to build applications on Bantu

- Tier One (Developers)#

This tier is for Builders who just want to build applications and solutions on top of the Blockchain, they’re willing to use the provided SDKs and Blockchain Tools provided by Bantu.

- Tier Two (Participants)#

This tier is for Exchanges and Platforms who are comfortable setting up, running and maintaining their own Infrastructure. The instructions in the Github Repository below cover setting up the API Server the Blockchain runs on, called an Expansion Server.

Recommended Server Specifications#

- Tier Three (Validators)#

This tier is for Full Network Participants, the steps and actions in Tier One and Tier Two apply. They’re also requried to setup full Validator Nodes.
